Technology Department News
The Technology Department is busy replacing legacy switches and network equipment. In the last year, the district has installed core switches that increased the capacity of our network between sites to 10GB, using our fiber backbone to each site. This summer, we will complete the project and the district will have replaced over 90% of the legacy switches that support both our wired and wireless network.
