A Message from Our Superintendent

Dear Parents, Students, and Community Members,

The Snowflake Unified School District has become a leader in innovation and educational excellence. Our school district is recognized not only as having the best performing schools in northern Arizona but also as one of the best in the state. For the second year in a row, all of our eligible schools earned an “A” grade from the state of Arizona. Our outstanding student achievement and school ratings are a reflection of the efforts by competent and caring administrators, teachers, staff, and board members. We also recognize the efforts of supportive parents and the outstanding students we have in our schools. We continue to embrace the rich history and culture of our communities while preparing our students to become successful in today’s world. In addition to academic excellence, we feature high performing, award winning, extra-curricular and co-curricular programs, clubs, and activities to enhance our student’s overall development. Our focus on collaboration within and between our schools helps students make smooth transitions from one grade level to the next and from one school to another.

In our schools, we are respectful and trustworthy, care about each other, and take personal responsibility. Thank you for partnering with us so the students who grow up in our communities will be prepared to become the leaders of tomorrow. Together we can make a difference.
