Administration Of Medication
Students with certain health problems require medication during school hours. Medication will be kept in the health office at all time for safety.
Medications are required to be in its original, properly label container. Prescription medication must have the pharmacy label, as this serves as the doctor's order.
Parents must sign a consent form with specific directions for use of the medication for it to be administered to your child.
